Our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters live in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA. After much persuading, we decided to sell our home in Arizona and move to the same neighborhood as our family. Not familiar with how fast you have to be to react to secure a home in California, our daughter suggested we contact Heather. Our experience with Heather Hill as our realtor was nothing short of stellar! We had lived in our OC home for nearly 30 years and I was very worried about the whole process but everything went so smoothly that I can’t recommend her strongly enough! Heather sold our next door neighbor’s house and they had highly recommend her to us so the choice was obvious. We feel like some realtors and agents push a bit and sell you to get transactions done but Heather truly only wants what is best for you.
